Description:
A blue-glazed Junyao censer was from minyao kiln of Yuan Dynasty.
Mold in grand size and in a decent look, the tripod censer was decorated on the body with striking purple splashes.
Having been kept in perfect condition, the ancient ware still owned the very characteristics for authentication as:
1, The evenly spread crackles were incursioned under the glaze when the crystal-feel bubbles were amid them.
2, The whitish dots-like incursion was happened to the glaze somewhere like the intersections of the crack lines or the lower portion where the glaze was dripping.
3, The convincing body clay revealed at the bottom was in brownish tint and in old-feel quality when manually molding scars and finger prints were left in an random and obvious way.
4, The burial residue was preserved in the crevices of the body clay in the cavetto or at the bottom, or in the minute holes of the burst bubbles of the glaze.
